Meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 40 attendees

Hotel Magri's has elegant meeting rooms that will accommodate between 5 and 40 attendees. Each room can be organised and set up to meet the specific requirements for the event, including technical equipment and chair layout. Furthermore, our multi lingual hotel staff will give foreign guests and speakers a warm welcome and professional support in English, Spanish, German, French, Russian or Indonesian.

Conference rooms with a capacity of up to 180 people

When over 40 people are expected to attend, Hotel Magri's recommends the rooms of the conference centre belonging to the same group. It is only 20 minutes away from the hotel and offers conference rooms that will hold up to 180 attendees, all fitted with premier-quality logistical installations and multi-media equipment and able to deliver hostesses, organisational-secretarial services and parking spaces.

  • Parking: Hotel Magri's has a large car park reserved for hotel guests and conference attendees only at no extra cost.
  • Welcome drink/coffee break:: Thanks to its efficient bar and restaurant service, hotel Magri’s can organise refreshing welcome drinks prior to the event as well as coffee breaks in the course of the meeting or conference. It will be up to you to decide whether you want your guests to have their breaks indoors or outdoors. Leave the rest up to us.
  • Transfer service to/from the airport: Hotel Magri’s can arrange for guests and attendees to be picked up from the airport. We have a transfer service for anyone who flies in or out of Naples so they can reach the conference quickly and easily.
  • Daytime stays: the hotel is also perfect for daytime bookings for customers who don't need to sleep overnight, but would like to unwind after the conference or meeting, or want to freshen up or rest before the corporate event begins.
